If attending virtually, the Manual for the program will be sent in advance of the program. Seminar refunds (less the full retail price of the Manual, sales tax and shipping) are available for cancellations received by Castle Publications, LLC. five or more days before the day of the program. Registrants who cancel their registrations less than five business days before the program date are responsible for the entire seminar and Manual prices.
Whether paid via credit card or check, your online enrollment is processed immediately. A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided for the registration. During a normal business week, seminar invoices are typically processed and emailed within 24 hours of the registration received. Enrollments placed on the weekend or a holiday will typically be invoiced the next business day. In the event that there are questions about your enrollment or anticipated delays in invoice processing, you will be notified via email or phone.

No. The electronic publications have been converted to an ePub format. You can view our electronic publications two ways: using the Web Reader or the Castle eReader app. The Web Reader supports the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Only two of our publications have editing, copying or printing capability: Our Sample Policies product and Book of Human Resources Forms.
These unique products include all the features of our other electronic publications plus a zip file containing all of the policies in Chapter 11 (i.e. Sample Policies) or the forms in the Book of Human Resources Forms publication. This allows for easy-customization of the policies or forms to add company data, edit or print the documentation in Microsoft Word.
