Upon receipt of the returned item or cancellation of the seminar, refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as originally remitted. Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds processed via check.
Sales tax will be applied to print publication or combo (print & electronic) purchases that are shipped within California, or shipped to Texas, Illinois, New York, or District of Columbia. For purchases shipped to other states not indicated above, or for simply electronic publication purchases, no sales tax will be applied.
